Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation: 
You may cancel your Swayamm ERP subscription at any time. However, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription. 

Free Trial (if applicable): 
If a free trial is offered, no charges will be applied until the trial ends. If you do not wish to continue, ensure cancellation before the trial expires to avoid automatic billing. 

Refund Policy: 
All payments for Swayamm ERP subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, except in cases of duplicate transactions or proven technical issues that prevent usage of the service. 

Project-Based Work: 
For one-time service projects (e.g., website design, custom software), a mutually agreed scope of work and milestone-based payment schedule will be defined. 

Cancellation Terms: 

If cancellation is requested before the commencement of work, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees. 

If cancellation occurs after partial work has been completed, the refund amount (if any) will be determined based on the work delivered up to that point. 

No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered or completed. 

Refund Timeline: 
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. 

Payments made for domain registrations, third-party software licenses, hosting services, or custom integrations on behalf of the client are non-refundable once purchased.
